Robert's experience includes tax-exempt bond issuances, direct bank placements, credit enhancement strategies, and complex refinancing transactions. He has advised senior living communities, charter schools, hospitals, and nonprofit institutions on capital raises ranging from $5 million to over $500 million.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert spent over a decade in public finance investment banking, where he gained hands-on experience with rating agency processes, credit analysis, and institutional investor relationships. He holds a degree in finance and maintains several professional certifications in municipal securities.
